Going, going, gone!

2024 has been a whirlwind year at Akiya & Inaka. We’ve recently closed on properties in Chiba, Saitama, Gunma, Hiroshima, Kyoto, and beyond. While it has been a lot of hard work to go all over Japan to facilitate these deals, we are always happy to see pleased customers and the satisfaction of doing something, however small, to mitigate Japan’s akiya problem.

Interesting properties continue to come up on the market, which is great given the winter season did not see stock improve at much pace, so we’ll call this the Akiya Spring! What are you waiting for?

We also have been doing deals with out of country buyers, and even buyers who have purchased sight unseen. We can be your eyes, ears, and proxy on the ground, so you can literally buy an akiya from the comfort of your own sofa.

Golden Week!

Today is the first day of Golden Week, which is 10 days this year if you take off the 3 weekdays in the middle.
